All stainless steel construction undermount Weiler 1107/210A mixer/grinder has 11" diameter plate with 7" diameter feed screw which utilizes Weiler's unique twin overlapping, counter rotating paddles to mix and grind up to 21,000Lbs an hour. It uses a 50HP grinding motor along with 1780-6HB heavy duty gearbox with 3-point suspension to grinder to ensure a homogenous mix with minimum time and providing positive feed to grinder. This mixer/grinder eliminates fat separation and reduces product waste and sanitation time therefore increasing yields. Auger #110-9226, s/n 105738, 1107B. This mixer grinder is 460V, 3Ph, 60Hz.
