Blentech Versa-Therm Blending Scrape Surface Cooker, 1000 Gallon
All stainless steel blending cooker. Designed for heavy viscous products, faster, more even cooking, dual shaft ribbon agitators with reversible scrapers that are spring loaded to press against blender wall. Wrap around steam jacket has a heated surface for better heat transfer, dual air operated discharge doors with safety covers, pneumatic lid for cooking exhaust. Cooker capacity is 1000 gallon or 142 CF, cooker has 90 psi jacket @ 332 degree F. National Board #150, built in 1995. Overall dimensions; 18' 6" long x 65" wide x 85" height to blender lip, 12' with lid open at 90 degree, discharge door height 40", tub dimensions 46" wide x 12' long x 31" dia ribbons. Unit has two 15HP, 230/460V Sumitomo drives and pneumatic slide bed discharge gate. This unit is offered fully reconditioned or in as is condition depending on buyers preferance.
