Built in 1980 this is a two speed chopper, stainless steel clad, stainless steel bowl and stainless steel knife hood and securit-system knife head, variable space in knife hood. Chopper is complete with built in control panel. Capacity of 264 pounds emulsified product and coarse product capacity of 200 pounds. Bowl motor is two speed with 16/19 HP. Kramer Grebe CM-325 Liter Bowl Chopper; Md# CM325
Kramer Grebe 325 liter open bowl chopper with loader and unloader. Built in 1979 this is a variable speed chopper with 125 HP main knife motor, there are presently (2) pre-set speeds set up on the VFD, stainless steel clad exterior, stainless steel bowl and stainless steel knife hood. The bowl chopper has a 5HP bowl drive motor and 1HP unloader variable speed motor with Allen Bradley VFD. The knife, bowl, and the reverse mix motors have 2 pre-set speeds which are controlled via PLC, which sends signals to the VFDs that are Allen Bradley PowelFlex 70. The control of speeds is by push-buttons for each function in a remote control box. An Allen Bradley SLC 5/04 CPU sends the speed signals to VFDs that operate at user's desired pre-set speeds.Chopper is complete with control panel and multiple knife sets. The reverse mix motor uses the main motor. Unit has self-contained hydraulics for the unloader & knife cover. There is an extra 15HP VFD in the control box for product pump. Complete with stainless steel starter panel that is still wired to the chopper. The unit is currently configured for 440volt, with 220V, single phase control. 20HP motor with low speed of 1740rpm @ 13KW, and high speed of 3440rpm@16KW.
