Flatten-O-Matic; Md# 22492
The Flatten-O-Matic is ideal for meat, poultry, and seafood flattner. This unit will progressively reduce the thickness of a cutlet up to 80% of its original size. Thickness settings from 1/16" to 1". From Flatten-O-Matic to cooking, the thickness of the cutlet will not increase because the muscle fibers have been broken down and reconstructed. The Flatten-O-Matic will produce a more tender cutlet with a uniform thickness, increase palte coverage, and insure a faster cooking time. The model 22492 is an in-line model with 19-3/4" wide solid white belt. The unit is 220V, single phase.Unit is offered in "AS IS" condition, EEC will offer a refurbished price on request.
