Hobart Mixer/Grinder, Md# 4356-G, 500 Pound Mixing Capacity
Mixer/grinder with 500 pound hopper and stainless steel first grind arms, uses a size 56 grinding head The main grinding motor is 15 HP, a separate 5 HP motor is used to drive the feed auger and both mixing shafts. This self feeding mixer grinder can produce a steady flow of ground meat up to 500# in less than 3 minutes through a 1/8" plate. Mix and grind or mix only for large or small chunks of fresh or tempered flaked frozen meat (24 degree F or higher) Electrical is 220V, 3-phase. Hopper and frame are stainless steel. The attached photos are representive of the last mixer grinder that was refurbished. Price quoted is for the unit with a size 56 grinding head we can also offer a size 66 grinding head for additional charge. With the optional size 66 head and used as a finished grinder this unit can produce up to 200# per minute through a 1/8" grind plate.

All stainless steel construction undermount Weiler 1107/210A mixer/grinder has 11" diameter plate with 7" diameter feed screw which utilizes Weiler's unique twin overlapping, counter rotating paddles to mix and grind up to 21,000Lbs an hour. It uses a 50HP grinding motor along with 1780-6HB heavy duty gearbox with 3-point suspension to grinder to ensure a homogenous mix with minimum time and providing positive feed to grinder.
