Demaco pasta machine, model DF-9, new in 1987. This unit has sheeting rollers 21.5" wide. Unit makes individual pasta pieces.

Demaco, Md# CR-21, Pasta Sheeter
Demaco model CR-21 pasta sheeter. Pasta dough is added on top in twin-shaft agitated hopper down through interlocking gear-type rollers that push dough into sheeting rollers. Sheeting rollers are 21.5" wide. Dough exits sheeting rollers and moves to a spindle that allows sheeted dough to be "rolled-up" on the spindle for use elsewhere on production line. Unis was new in 1993.
