This hydraulic slicer cuts product logs lengthwise into halves and quarters to turn a single log (Such as pepperoni)of any boneless, non-frozen product into multiple pieces by using razor-sharp, stainless steel blades creating clean, consistent cuts. It accommodates logs from 1" to 5" in diameter. The operator simply loads the product log into the feeder and the slicer does the rest. The slicer is mounted on a custom conveyor. FOB Lake City, PA.
