Koch Single Truck Electric Smokehouse; Md#KLE-100

The Koch KLE-100 one truck electric smokehouse is constructed in one piece with 304 stainless steel continuously welded interior with fully insulated walls, door, ceiling and floor for energy efficiency. It also includes stainless steel drain pipe, cleaning piping, and fresh air intake damper. A stainless steel non-overloading backward incline fan assures even air flow and precise temperature control. The humidity control assures minimum cook times and controlled product results. The smokehouse has a maximum capacity of 1000Lbs. The inside dimensions are 36"W x 46"D x 72"H. The overall dimensions are 75"W x 56"D x 118"H. There are no smoke trucks with the unit. The unit comes with multi-stage control panel with chart recorder and Zesti-Smoke liquid smoke box. The unit is 208V, 3Ph. FOB Lake City, PA.
