The Wolfking/Belam IT-3 tenderizer/macerator is a compact and highly efficient machine that is ideal for tenderizing schnitzels, steaks, chicken breasts, thighs, fish and seafood. The macerator is complete with powered in-feed conveyor that feeds product into macerator. Macerator is mount on stainless steel frame that allows for product to discharge directly into curing vats. The unit is 220 V, 3 phase. Very good operating condition.
