Wolftec/Polar brine mixing and chilling system includes two 250 gallon dimpled jacketed and insulated tanks with high shear mixers and ergonomic addition of ingredients on a work platform. The tanks are 36" in diameter and 5' high. Missing one agitator motor along with both agitators along with the vortex pump system below the feed funnel.
