Mixer/grinder with 500 pound hopper and stainless steel first grind arms, uses a size 56 grinding head. It is for second grind. The main grinding motor is 15 HP, a separate 5 HP motor is used to drive the feed auger and both mixing shafts. This self feeding mixer grinder can produce a steady flow of ground meat up to 500# in less than 3 minutes through a 1/8" plate. Mix and grind or mix only for large or small chunks of fresh or tempered flaked frozen meat (24 degree F or higher). Electrical is 4400V, 3-phase. Hopper and frame are stainless steel.
