Seydelmann Bowl Chopper, Md#K-204, with Vacuum

All stainless steel vacuum bowl chopper, 200 liter capacity, 3-speed bowl and 2-speed knife plus additional drive for mixing spreed. Bowl chopper is ideal for products such as meat emulsions and shredding cheese. Standard unloader wheel is in place to unload finished product. Chopper has 3-blade knife set, left-hand side hydraulic loader, vacuum lid and capabilities but no vacuum pump included. Electrical Power needed is 440 volt, 3-phase, 60 Hz. Refurbished work included all motors have been removed and re-wound and cleaning, knife shaft removed cleaned and new bearings and seals installed on knife shaft. Knife shaft will be balanced and tested for operations. Hydraulic pump, drive and valves have been cleaned repaired/replaced and new hoses and connections have been installed. Chopper will be hooked up to electrical panel for testing and repairs/replacements to electrical system as needed.
