PacMac 9500 Vertical form fill and seal married with Ishida combination computer controlled scaling system. Complete with in-feed and discharge conveyors built by Jacob Schmidt. Mounted on stainless steel work platform with Ishida scale isolated on separate frame. Presently set up for production of meatball packaging. Used- Pacmac Model 9500 Vertical Form, Fill, and Seal Machine. Equipped with film registration. Utilizes High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) film. Presently running: 10 oz; 16 oz; 26 oz & 40 oz gusseted or plain package and 52 oz and 64 oz on Pillow package. Using 28" wide film. Wash-down capable unit. PacMac PLC controls. 3/60/220V. Ishida scale is 15 bucket with PLC controls. Bucket size is 5" w x 6" l x8" deep, target weights were 10 oz to 5#, film pull between 6" to 12" eye marks, 19" vertical seal bar, 15.5" horizontal seal bar. Used in good working condition. Unit will be professionally disconnected from plant utilities and services, rigging provided by A & A Machinery Movers at additional cost of $15,000.00 loaded onto buyer's transport.
