Clevland Range/JC Pardo Steam cooker with perforated basket has 300 gallon capacity with National Board# 3094. The max allowable pressure is 100psi @ 338 degrees and the min. is -20 degrees F @ 100psi.

The cooker has a 1/8" perforated basket that has 48" diameter with 17" long straight wall then 26" long slope that leads to 14" diameter slide gate. Extra basket and caddy included with yolk for lifting baskets. Kettle was built in 2006. FOB Lake City, PA.
