Stein Direct Fired Gas Fryer; Md#2410G; Series II

The Stein 2014 gas fryer has 24" wide belt and 10' frying length in oil, giving it 20SF of frying area. The fryer is 58"Wx13'Lx43"H overall. The max burner capacity at 6" W.C. is 780,000 BTU/hr. The oil capacity at 1" above belt is 126 gallons and the max is 165 gallons. The fryer has variable speed drive with standard frying time of 15 seconds to 5 minutes.  Fryer does not have lifting device for the product conveyor.  Complete with control panel. This fryer has been tested in our shop and is in good operating condition.
