JBT/Stein Char Marker, Md#CM-40, Top Only, Added Searing on Discharge 40" wide

CM-40 is used for adding grill marks to improves product eye appeal. The floating ring design automatically follows the product contour for consistent marking and also accommodates products of varying heights. The CM-40 can also be used as a searing section to improve the product flavor profile. This unit included an additional top searing burner on the discharge of the marker.
