FMS Manual Load Cartoner Md# 2000 AL

FMS Manufacturing Company stainless steel manual load cartoner, model 2000 AL. Cartoner uses a rotary erector to form cartons. Operator pushes product into cartons and then glue wheels seal cartons prior to discharge. Chain centers are 12in. and are adjustable. Cartoner will accept a carton up to 12.5in. deep. Speed of cartoner is dependent on carton quality, product and operator proficiency. Typically a manual load cartoner is limited by the speed of the operator, normally up to 60-70 catons per minute. Overall length of cartoner is 16ft.x6ftW.
