Palga Kabob/Brochette Machine

The Pagla system will automatically cut and skewer kabobs in two different types of monobloc baskets; either 64 or 100 brochettes. The basket dimensions are 8-5/8" (220mm) wide x 8-5/8" (220mm) long x 10-5/8" (270mm) high.The machine is constructed of stainless steel, steel with nickel chromium, alloys of processed aluminium, and polyethylene HD500. The machine is fitted with a regulating filter for the processing of air (6-8 bars needed, which is controlled by a pneumatic power circuit) before operating.The unit is 220V, 3Ph, 60Hz. The machine is capable of 10"x10" and 8"x8" kabob sets. The unit comes with extra parts and accessories.
