Robert Reiser GB200 Portioner

The GB200 portioner consists of a two section conveyor separated laterally by a high speed guillotine type knife. Both sections of the conveyor are chain driven from a single 1/8HP motor, the speed of which is adjustable by means of a front panel control. The discharge section of the conveyor operates at twice the speed of the infeed conveyor. A special interface bracket on the portioner enables it to be easily attached to a grinding head (Not included) fitted to a Vemag continuous vacuum filling machine. The filling machine deposits continuously extruded ground product onto roll stock interleaving paper fed on top of the infeed conveyor of the GB200 portioner. The high speed knife in the portioner on command from the filling machine operates to cut the extruded product and the inteleaving paper into precisely metered portions. The faster running discharge conveyor separates the portions for easy handling. Unit is 220/240V, single phase, 50Hz. FOB Lake City. PA.
