It features full 520 mm (20") skinning/derinding width for even the widest cuts. Manufactured with top quality stainless material for strength, durability, and hygiene. It features no tools disassembly for clean up. Infeed product hold-down is pneumatically controlled and fully adjustable. The unique pneumatic skinning/derinding blade system automatically skins to correct thickness every time therefore creating top yield and less rejects.
