Amscomatic Continuous Conveyor Bag Sealer; Md#H-175

Amscomatis H-175 is a sophisticated conveyor/sealer designed for high-speed poly bag sealing. It’s engineered for dependable performance and low maintenance in demanding, high-production environments. Features include digital heat controls, automatic scrap removal, and a sensor designed to prevent improperly-positioned bags from being sealed. To accommodate products of varying thickness, the sealer head on the H-175 is designed to raise and lower at the touch of a switch. The H-175 is equally effective with manual and automatic feeds. This unit is equipped with a 14' long x 22" x 9" wide conveyor with a 15" x 9" wide belt. It has a Top Bag Compression Belt to remove air from the bag prior to sealing. Its adjustable product placement belt system allows bag length to be tailored to fit the product. The sealer is complete with vacuum trim collection.
