ROBOT 500 with portioning. A continuously operating automatic vacuum filling machine,has a 80 liter hopper and infinitely variable vacuum ranging from 0% to 96% final vacuum. This unit has 4" port discharge. Stuffer is also fitted with auger style post for additional hopper agitation. Portiomat controls for weight settings from 15 to 10,000 grams, number of twists, and single cycle or continuous operation. The unit is capable of up to 4500 Lbs/hr filling capacity with filling pressure of up to 20 bar. The portioning speeds are At 25g Approx. 280 portions/min. At 50g Approx. 210 portions/min.
