The Blentech tumbler has balanced massaging with superior end-to-end mixing and rapid discharge. The aggressive end-to-end mixing guarantees even distribution of curing liquids on products while maximizing protein extraction for better binding of whole muscle poultry products. The Model VT-1000 has 1000Lbs capacity. The tumbler is hydraulic drive with self-contained power pack. Unit is offered refurbished with electric gear reduced drive assembly, digital controls, but no vacuum pump.
