All stainless steel vacuum paddle massager/blender has self-contained hydraulic drives and built-in variable-speed control to adjust the mixing speed for processing different meat and poultry products to perfection, dual end discharge doors, vacuum loading of product into blender. It also features heavily reinforced tub and end plates, and electrical controls mounted in NEMA 4X enclosure. The tub measures 7'L x 4'W giving the blender approximately 2500Lbs capacity.
