Stein Fryer & Filter; Md#DHF-1606G & MS-3M

Stein model DHF-1606 gas fired fryer with 16" wide belt and 8' in oil. The overall length is 9' 4". The fryer has a teflon infeed for Tempura type applications and product hold down belt. Fryer also include sediment removal belt for cleaning. Fryer has manual hoist to lift the product belts from the fryer for cleaning. The fryer is complete with Stein model SF-3M continuous force flow filter that uses a steel filter cloth. The belt design allows this cloth to act as a continuous filter. Liquids are pumped into the filter tank, flow through the belt and are pumped back to the fryer. Particles are captured on the belt and conveyed out of the liquid. These particles are then continuously removed from the belt.
