Ross Series TC700 tenderizers use a 12"(350mm) wide conveyor to carry the meat into and through the processing zone where the blades are mechanically driven up and down. When the meat arrives beneath the blades, the conveyor stops just long enough for the blades to be completely inserted and withdrawn before advancing again. One pass through a Ross tenderizer is generally all that is required.
